Jon and his partner Judyta were super friendly and the handover was very smooth. You can tell they want you to feel at home with little touches. They provided all basic amenities along with some additional ones such as board games and cards. Van and its contents were super clean and tidy, you can tell it is well looked after. It was a pleasure renting it out for the weekend. Communication with Jon was very swift as we did reach out with a question relating to the van. I would absolutely recommend booking this camper for any future trips!

First time using a caravan. Process with Richard was smooth from start to finish. He dropped it off and picked it up. New, very comfortable van. Whole family was very happy. It was clean, and well stocked. We were in an unpowered site, but solar and battery powered lights and fridge with no problem. We had hot water. Stove and oven are run with gas. Large awning. Family want to go back soon. Great experience overall

Jay was very accommodating with out pick up and drop off times. Van was as described, clean with all the essentials. Had a great time and would definitely recommend. Will only book this caravan from Jay in the future.

We had a great trip. Had a few issues - car didn't start on pick up so had to wait for a battery to be replaced which did make us a bit nervous about the cars condition but had no further issues, bowls weren't particularly clean to use initially, only one fork in the cutlery set, broken chair bag, one gas cooker's ignition stopped working but they had a second we could use - but nothing that inconvenienced us too much or for too long. Had everything you needed and there were no dramas if we wanted to offroad (although we didn't) with unlimited kilometres which was a big plus. Communication was very responsive. Overall we really had an awesome time, the car allowed us to get to some beautiful places and nothing major went wrong. Would go with this company again, although I would be open to other providers :)

Lovely light weight van with all the convenience. First time hiring and loved it.

We had an incredible experience with this caravan hire. The description was spot on and honestly, it exceeded our expectations. Communication throughout the process was excellent, making everything smooth and stress free. Joel was very helpful with the setup and if there was any concerns he was contactable, very friendly and polite. The caravan itself had absolutely everything you could need. It was clean, tidy, and very comfortable, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Well definitely be hiring again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone considering a caravan getaway!

It was great. The actual charge was almost twice as what is in your website. E.g. The van is listed as $95/day but once I extended for 1 more night, the site charged me 170 dollars My negative comment is the listed rates are misleading and will affect budget estimations

We had a great experience overall with this camper. Setup was very straightforward and quick, which made arriving at the campsite stress-free. Packing it away was just as easy, which is a big plus. The beds were also really comfortable, and we all slept well. The only minor downside was a few holes in the fly screens, which meant we couldnt fully open the windows. It didnt impact our stay, but something that could be easily fixed. Overall, a really good camper thats easy to use and comfortablewould definitely recommend.
