Here's how Managed Services works — from first inspection to monthly deposits.

  • 1. We meet your van

    We inspect it, take professional photos and build your Camplify listing. Your van then goes into secure, gated storage at your nearest JB Group dealership — free for the first 12 months.

  • 2. We handle everything

    Booking management, dynamic pricing, customer service, handovers, professional cleaning, and 24/7 roadside coordination. We run the day-to-day completely. Management fee is 40% — you keep 60%.

  • 3. You get paid

    Monthly direct deposits with tax-ready statements. Claim deductions on rego, insurance, depreciation and management fees. No ABN required. Use your van for up to 30 days a year outside peak periods.

Why is the management fee 40%?

The 40% replaces what you'd otherwise pay separately: free dealership storage ($250–$400/month), professional cleaning after every hire, booking management, dynamic pricing, customer service, 24/7 roadside coordination, maintenance scheduling, and all handover logistics.

In year one, the storage saving alone is worth $3,000–$4,800. Most owners find the effective fee works out closer to 15–20% of gross when you account for what's included.

Can I still use my van?

Yes — up to 30 days per year outside peak periods (summer, Easter, school holidays). This protects your earning potential during high-demand windows.

When you collect your van, it'll always be freshly cleaned and prepped. Most owners find they comfortably fit their own trips around it.

What if something goes wrong with my van?

Every hirer is verified and Camplify's damage protection covers every booking. Any repair above your pre-agreed threshold requires your approval before we proceed.

JB Group manages all work through their certified service teams. You're never left in the dark about your own asset.

Is there a minimum commitment?

12 months. New listings take time to build reviews, and reviews drive bookings — earnings typically peak in months 6–12. The minimum term gives your van the best chance to reach its potential.

After that, you're in control.

What type of van qualifies?

Your van must be a professionally built hard-body caravan or motorhome manufactured within the last 8 years (no DIY conversions). You'll also need an active Camplify Premium Membership.
