Hiring rules
- NO smoking in roof top tent
- NO sleeping bag / doona or pillows included
- Mattress cover sheet and blanket included
- Camper to be returned with a clean and tidy interior.
- Hirers must be 25yrs +
- Pick up and/or return BEFORE 8am or AFTER 4pm
- Late fees apply.
- Trailer must return cleaned or risk a fee
- 10% off for rehires and referrals
- EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA.
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- OFFROAD / Beach Driving / Extended Gravel Roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
