Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Robbie 5.0Danielle and Jack were very thorough in explaining the ins and outs of the van. They would answer text messages quickly and even touched base while we were away to check everything was okay. The van had a stocked pantry with all your basics and some extras. The bed was super comfy and the movie night goodies was a nice touch. The van was a breeze to set up and pack away and drove really well on the back of my Amarok. I couldnt fault the experience with Danielle and Jack. Thanks!
