Hiring rules
- We will not be supplying the canvas awning extension for towaway use, due to wear and tear (loss of poles, etc) If we are setting up the trailer for your use, we can negotiate the set up of the canvas extension for you.
- STRICTLY NO SMOKING if smoking is detected inside, this will incur additional cleaning and sanitation fee.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
