Hiring rules
- No smoking inside camper trailer.
- No pets inside camper trailer.
- No hardcore offroad.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
- Vehicle must be returned in it's original state (clean & undamaged). Please be advised, it takes considerable time & effort to clean the trailer. Please factor in some time when hiring to clean the Trailer.
- A minimum $150.00 Cleaning Fee will be charged if the trailer is not returned in it's original state.
- If the Trailer is involved in an incident whether damage has occurred, you must notify the owner immediately through the Camplify App.
- No cooking inside the trailer (use outdoor kitchen provided).
- Payment of a deposit is required within 48 hrs of your booking being approved, otherwise I may cancel it.
- Minimum delivery charge is $100.00. Setup is an additional $250.00. This includes setup of all hose connections, levelling, stabilising and annexe
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

The camper was very clean and is in excellent condition, has everything you need and all parts is in excellent working order. Very easy to tow and set up was quite quick and easy too. We had a fabulous week camping and the van held up in a massive storm with absolutely no trouble at all. We will be recommending this van to all our family and friends in the future. Thanks again Lisa and Bruce! Its a 5 star from us!
