Spacious, comfortable and fully equipped, this Jayco Expanda Outback sleeps up to six — perfect for larger families or those who like a little extra room to roam. Inside, you’ll find: • A queen bed up front, double bed at the rear and two cosy bunks in the centre • A separate toilet and shower, vanity with storage, and even a washing machine for those longer stays • A large fridge/freezer, microwave and 4-burner stove so you can cook with ease. The kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans, crockery and cutlery, and the pantry has all the basics covered to get you started. We supply all fresh linen, along with folding camp chairs and tables to make your outdoor setup easy and comfortable. Whether you’re parking up under tall gums or pulling in by the beach, on or off grid, Gumleaf is set up to help you relax, unwind and make beautiful memories with your crew

Please note: for caravan park bookings etc you will need to have a site that accommodates 7.2m as once the beds are opened up, this is the overall length from the hitch to the back of the rear bed Please ensure awning is properly secured when in use and packed away in high winds. Van to be returned in a tidy state, floor swept, beds stripped and dishes done and put away. Toilet cassette to be emptied and cleaned before return or will incur $250.00 additional cleaning fee. No Smoking permitted in the van and will incur a $250.00 additional cleaning fee.

Hiring rules

  • No smoking permitted inside and will incur a $250.00 additional cleaning fee.
  • Van to be returned tidy, beds stripped, floor swept, with surfaces wiped and dishes clean and put away.
  • Toilet cassette must be emptied. If it is not returned empty and clean, there will be an additional $250.00 cleaning fee added at the posthire handover.
  • Awning must be packed away and secured in high winds.
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We loved our first family trip in a caravan . Gumleaf was set up ready for us to enjoy soon as we arrived at our destination. Gumleaf had everything we needed and more . The kids loved the games, colouring in books and DVDs. Gumleaf was warm and cosy with the heater and extra blankets . The toilet and shower was great for our little kids . We appreciated the kitchen set up with everything we needed . Having the van set up with the linen provided made the trip that much easier for us . We loved our stay in Gumleaf and would highly recommend it to any family looking to get away

    Gumleaf provided the ultimate comfort out of wind and rain! Loved every minute and so did the kids!
