Hiring rules
- Please note: Pickup and drop off will need to be arranged with us. As we work full time, it can be difficult to determine a 'standard' pickup or drop off time but we will work as best as we can to accomodate you!
- Minimum 2700kgs braked towing capacity on Tow Vehicle
- No Smoking in or around the Caravan please
- No Dirt track, heavy corrugation, or red dust roads without owner approval
- Return van in the same condition as when you went
- Toilet to be emptied and throughly cleaned
- Report all damages no matter how minor you think it is
- Range Hood Must Be Used When Cooking Inside
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
