Additional information

Owners are flexible but prefer hires to be within 500kms of our base @ Donnybrook. May consider Kalbarri. No off road hire or gravel roads. Owner is happy to tow and pick-up from location (towing fee is $1.60 per km charged only when van is being towed. This arrangement also Includes set-up and handover at location and pack-up of the van following handover to owner at location.) The caravan is to be left clean ,otherwise a cleaning maybe applied.

Hiring rules

Dogs must be minature / very small.
Hirers can negotiate number of hire days needed on off peak days only.
School holidays are minimum 5 days hire with a peak rate of $110.00 per day.

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $100.00 per day
Service fee: $40.00
Delivery fee: $1.40 per km

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

This van was exactly what we were looking for. We have two kids and this van was perfect for us. Has everything you need, the shower outside the van with hot water was great. Communication with Dean was excellent, he went through the van and explained everything perfectly. I would recommend this van to anyone and I will be booking this van in the future.

This was our first caravan stay and we enjoyed it very much. Dean set up the caravan at our chosen site and all we had to do was arrive with our food and bedding. It was perfect and very comfortable
