Our Humble Abode is a 2022 model van with a queen-size north-south facing bed & double bunks.
🚪Concertina door to separate bunk/bathroom area from main kitchen/dining area for additional privacy or to keep light/noise disturbance for the sleepers in the bunk if the other end is still awake or in use.
🪰Fly screens and block out blinds to keep out unwanted guests and ideal for a sleep in! 💤

Hiring rules
- 🛻💨 WHILE TOWING: If you notice the van does not feel right or is making unusual noises, pull over immediately.
- If you are involved in an accident, pull over immediately, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133. Camplify will call the NRMA, then please call me.
- ✅ Towing mirrors must be used
- 🪟 Ensure all windows and hatches are closed, The antenna is down and the awning is secured
- 🚬 No smoking inside the van
- ❌ No OFFROAD
- 🐾 Animals permitted but must not be on lounge/beds of caravan
- 🧹 Please clean the items you use, & take your rubbish with you. Excessive cleaning will require an additional fee
- 🚽 Toilet MUST be cleaned prior to returning Failure to do so will result in a fee being charged
- 🌬️The awning must be stored away in high winds and storms to prevent damage
- 🚩If any damage occurs, you MUST report it immediately a Photograph of damage will be required
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
