We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We have standard inclusions perfect for parents like an automatic coffee machine, insulated wine cups and some toys for the kids.
We can also provide a double swag as an additional bed option if you are a family of five for a small fee.
We have plenty more to offer as well which we can discuss when you book as some items like bikes come at an additional charge.
Take care of our van like it’s your own and we will take care of you with a discount if you want to book with us again.

- OFFPEAK PERIOD:

- Long Weekends (min 3day hire)
- The hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
- The awning must be packed away before bad weather/wind arises.
- This van is not suitable for smokers. As we have young children we do not permit smokers at all.
- Pets will need to be approved dependent on the size and behaviour of the pet.
- SERVICE FEE $30.00
- This small fee contributes towards the costs of consumables such as gas, making up beds, prehandover cleaning, and safety checks. (Please note the service fee does not cover the general cleaning of the van).
- Drop off time is 2pm and return time is 2pm unless agreed prior.
- We request that hirers leave the van in the same condition they received it in. Failure to not wipe over all surfaces (cleaning products are provided) and empty toilet cassette before handover will incur a fee.
- There is a $100.00 cleaning fee if you fail to leave the van in an unclean/ unreasonable condition.
- If the toilet cassette hasn’t been emptied and cleaned there is an additional $90.00 ontop of the $100.00 cleaning fee.
- A full inspection will be done before and after the van is hired. Damages incurred will be at the cost of the hirer.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
