EMERGENCY - If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 -they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA. DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required. NO Smoking inside CLEANING - Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge. UNSEALED roads must be pre-approved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.

Hiring rules
- Please leave our beautiful van how you found it and take good care of it as if it was your own.
- Beach Driving Possible (but requires consent)
- No smoking inside
- No pets
- No festivals
- Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
- RV must return cleaned or risk a fee
- Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
Pricing

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
