Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Samuel 5.0We hired this van and went off grid camping over the Easter weekend at a property we have gone to for years. The van layout worked well for us for sleeping and the seperate toilet and shower on board. We cooked outside but found the space for fridge and layout inside worked well with plenty of storage to use inside and outside. The handover from Hayley was good and covered everything we needed to know; the van was delivered with water on board the power set-up so nothing to do here. We enjoyed the comfort and ease of hire and would hire again.
